New in box vintage Orrefors Corona cut crystal vase with scalloped/petal edges. The Corona was inspired by the light surrounding the moon according to the designer Lars Hellsten.
Made of purest crystal in the centrifugal technique, which challenges the skills of both artist and glassmaker.
The Corona has been among Orrefors' most popular classic designs since its introduction in 1978. "Orrefors Sweden" label at base plus "Orrefors" etched on bottom.
Approximately 5.5" tall and 3.75" diameter.
Has been stored in original box since I received; never used so in perfect condition. The box has the smell of scented candles that were stored in the same cabinet but the vase is scent free.
