Bought new through AT&T and only used for a year before I upgraded. Fully working, no issues, but it is unfortunately locked to AT&T and I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. The unlock request was approved, as the phone is fully paid off and meets all requirements but I can't seem to get the app on this phone that they say is needed in order to unlock it. So I give up.
